Privacy Policy
How Kelmivo handles information related to the website, licensing and support.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Kelmivo handles personal information through the Kelmivo Pro website, product support and licensing process. Kelmivo Pro itself is designed as a local-first Windows desktop application.
2. Information we may receive
Depending on how you interact with us, we may receive your name, email address, organization name, support correspondence, purchase or order references, and a Kelmivo Installation ID used to issue or support a software license.
Do not send passwords, private keys, payment card numbers or other unnecessary secrets in support messages.
3. Local workspace data
People, assets, tickets, licenses, documentation and other operational information entered into Kelmivo Pro are stored locally on your Windows PC. Kelmivo does not automatically receive the contents of that local workspace merely because you use the application.
4. Payments
Purchases are processed by Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record. Paddle processes payment, billing, tax, fraud-prevention and transaction information under its own privacy terms. Kelmivo does not receive your full payment card details.
5. Website infrastructure
The Kelmivo Pro website is delivered using third-party infrastructure such as Cloudflare. These providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, request metadata, security events and device/browser information as necessary to deliver and protect the website.
6. Why we use information
We use information as reasonably necessary to provide licenses, verify purchases, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, maintain product security, comply with legal obligations and improve Kelmivo Pro.
7. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that support payment processing, website delivery, email or legal/compliance functions, and with authorities where required by law.
8. Retention and security
We retain support, licensing and business records only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, contractual administration, security and legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no method of storage or transmission is completely risk-free.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability of personal information. These rights may be subject to legal exceptions and record-retention obligations.
10. Contact
Privacy requests can be sent to support@kelmivopro.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.
